We want all of our customers to receive the same standard of excellent customer service from order stage all the way through to delivery and after sale care.

We track and trace all of our parcels so we can chase up any items which you are waiting for. Please call 07854 148 451, between 9.30-6pm, please have the order purchase date and reference ready.

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase we will happily refund the price of the item provided that the goods are returned in their original condition, within 7 days of receipt with all labels intact. Please do notify us before returning any items so as to avoid any delays on receipt. It will also help us to process refunds promptly if you include a note confirming the order reference and method of payment. We will refund the price less postage, as this part of our service to you will be complete. In any event our liability to you is limited to the original price paid and this will represent the maximum amount which may be refunded, subject to our terms, in all cases. The purchase price for items returned after 7 days will be credited against the customers account and may be used within 12 months. Once an item has been exchanged or credited we are only able to offer an exchange or credit in its place. We are unable to exchange goods after 14 days of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note next day guarranteed deliveries may be exchanged only.
Any product issues should be notified to us in writing within 7 days of receipt in order to be valid, after this time, we are unable to entertain any complaints as regards description or manufacturing faults.
If your item was not exactly what you wanted, don’t worry… we are happy to exchange any items for different sizes, colours or even styles, we simply ask that you cover the postage on sending out additional items (plus any price difference). You can send us cash, cheques or postal orders if you wish, together with details of the required style, size and return address.
We will deal with exchanges as quick and efficiently as we deal with sales and our staff are always happy to help.
We are unable to guarrantee the exact time of delivery. Our standard deliveries are tracked at the point of delivery for your reassurance. If you select delivery in 24 working hours, we will pay extra for these parcels to be dispatched using Royal mail Special delivery or Parceforce 24. During the week these services deliver on the following day and for Friday deliveries, parcels will be delivered the following Monday. These delivery charges are not refundable.
