If you are not 100% happy with your purchase we will happily refund the price of the item provided that the goods are returned in their original condition, within 7 days with all labels intact. Please do notify us before returning any items so as to avoid any delays on receipt. It will also help us to process refunds promptly if you include a note confirming the purchase date and method of payment.

Exchanges

If your item was not exactly what you wanted, don’t worry… we are happy to exchange any items for different sizes, colours or even styles, we simply ask that you cover the postage on sending out additional items (plus any price difference). You can send us cash, cheques or postal orders if you wish, together with details of the required style, size and return address.
